As the old men used to say “you can count your success based on the number of your enemies.” This is so true for me. I experienced the deepest point in my life in 2010 when one of my business partners attacked me and caused me 8 months medication and lifetime injuries. Why? Because my company went better than his... He was jealous and he needed someone to blame for his lack of success...
I never accepted excuses for non-performance and I always preferred strong and full control on the businesses. In 2008 the CSE (Campaign for the Successful Entrepreneurs) called me the Game Changer who gained 700% revenue increase during the economic crisis.

In 2009 I decided to close my companies in my country of birth, Hungary because of the continuous attacks, reputation damages heated by jealous people. I decided not to accept stress, only a happy life. So I moved my ventures to Germany and New York. I needed some fresh air. It was different since the great business minds saw only the results and the facts, which were always on my side. I am proud of my results as a revenue specialist.
During my 16 years in the IT and the FMCG fields, I worked for the biggest companies (such as Tesco, Cora, Danone, GlaxoSmithKline, Novartis, etc.) as an external expert in process-business modeling, revenue increasing and customized software developing.
Last year I decided to start to collect all my knowledge, expertise into one, huge book and I published my first thoughts, basic philosophies about my business views. It was called “Creating Business Value”, it was a very short material but there were more than 8000 downloads only in the first months.
During my 16 years in the IT and the FMCG fields, I worked for the biggest companies (such as Tesco, Cora, Danone, GlaxoSmithKline, Novartis, etc.) as an external expert in process-business modeling, revenue increasing and customized software developing.
Last year I decided to start to collect all my knowledge, expertise into one, huge book and I published my first thoughts, basic philosophies about my business views. It was called “Creating Business Value”, it was a very short material but there were more than 8000 downloads only in the first months.

Visionary, business game changer
Zsolt Szemerszky never accepted excuses for non-performance and I always preferred strong and full control on the businesses.
In 2008 the CSE (Campaign for the Successful Entrepreneurs) called Zsolt Szemerszky as the Game Changer who gained 700% revenue increase during the economic crisis. On his business session there were 8.000 business leaders from 12 countries.
The bulldog entrepreneur - overcoming every obstacle
Zsolt Szemerszky is an interesting entrepreneur since 2003, because he is not like the typical forced entrepreneurs. He decided after 3 years to take the big step and to set up a real business to reach his aims. His company Green Hope was established in 2006. One of Zsolt's specialties was that he managed to find out where the work processes get stuck in businesses. He then created and set up systems for his clients with which they managed to bring out the maximum from their existing tools.
In the first year Zsolt’s company had a profit of 4 million, in the second it had 78, in the third (this year) it is already over 300 million. There are very few businesses today that can proud of such a quick growth.
In reality Zsolt had always a keen interest in car racing, so he bought a Lotus racecar. However he had to take part in at least one race (the placing was not important as much as the participation itself) in order to participate in the Hungarian national championship. He checked the race calendar where the next European championship will be held: it was to be held in Monza, Italy the quickest track in the world. He did not think much about it. He registered himself into his life’s first race where to everyone’s surprise he reached the 2. position and thus got an immediate 12th place in the world ranking of the championship.
Currently he is preparing his company for selling because his aim is to be involved exclusively in car racing in the future.
Words such as “impossible” or “difficult” are missing from his dictionary. He is a living example of the fact that once the aim, the determination and the appropriate tools are given nothing can stop a real entrepreneur.

Car racer
Fasten your seat-belts – Hungary is bursting onto the car sport scene! Indeed, September 28, 2008 brought great success for Hungary in speed racing. Zsolt Szemerszky, the driver of Green-Hope Racing Team, took second place in his very first race.
A feat in itself, made all the more spectacular because it was on one of the fastest circuits in the world – Monza. The result is extremely significant since the Green-Hope car started with half the power of the others. Despite this, it worked its way up from last place to second, overtaking Porsche GT cars and the other Lotus racing cars.
Egon Burkus, the trainer of the team, used his 12 years of racing experience to choose safe tactics so that on curves braking-distance, strength and superiority were optimized. The team took second place in the European Cup in their first race, so it’s expected that the search for sponsors will speed up and hopefully, in the not so distant future, we can celebrate the first Hungarian world champion.
After the race, Zsolt Szemerszky said that essentially they are concentrating on 2009 and they hope that these results will be persuasive enough for future sponsors. Next year they are planning to enter the Hungarian Lotus Cup, as well as competing internationally in a higher category, the FIA GT.

He also wrote a book for one of his favourite artist Dodo Newman, based on her life. The story will be an upcoming feature motivational movie planned with Helena Bonham Carter.
